Perfect for a short stay exploring Concarneau and Finistère
Rated 10/10. Very nice guest house a little outside the city centre of Concarneau but the walled city is accessible by water via a ferry (4km by car, free parking next door, ferry at €1/person). This large house is located in a charming and peaceful corner of the city. The beach is 100m away, there is a coastal path for walks, the bedding is very comfortable, breakfast is served on the terrace in a beautiful garden, and Florence and her seasonal staff are very friendly.

Beautiful guest house near the sea in a peaceful setting
A very lovely guest house, ideally located.
We were welcomed by Florence, “the lady of the house,” who is very pleasant and genuinely attentive to her guests’ well-being.
We were charmed by this beautiful home, perfectly situated just a few steps from the sea, where peace and quiet prevail.
Our room was tastefully decorated and very clean, as was the rest of the house.
Florence provides lovely tables and garden chairs in the garden.
Breakfast is served on the terrace when the weather is nice. It is generous, and worth noting: every day we were treated to freshly squeezed orange juice.
Florence is assisted by Anna and Aurélie, who are attentive and take great care of us—thank you!
Without hesitation, we highly recommend this wonderful place where life feels good and everything is done to make guests feel at ease.
Florence also gave us excellent recommendations for great restaurants at reasonable prices nearby.
